Panel & service upgrades questions
Common questions.
Still have a question?
Jamie answers every call and request within one business day.
Do I need a panel upgrade for a generator?
Not always. It depends on your panel’s condition and capacity and the generator setup. Jamie checks the panel as part of planning any standby install.
Do I need 200-amp service?
Many homes with central air, electric appliances, an EV charger or a whole-house generator benefit from 200-amp service. A panel check will show what yours needs.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Usually an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance or a short. Frequent trips under normal use can also mean the panel needs attention.
Can you add a circuit for a new appliance?
Yes, if the panel has room. If it doesn’t, Jamie will explain the options.
Let’s get it done.
