Toilets, faucets & sinks questions
Common questions.
Still have a question?
Jamie answers every call and request within one business day.
Can you install a toilet or faucet I already bought?
Yes. Jamie installs fixtures you supply, or can help you choose one.
Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flapper or a fill valve that’s out of adjustment. Both are common, straightforward repairs.
Why does my toilet rock?
It’s often loose bolts or a worn wax seal. Leaving it can lead to leaks under the floor, so it’s worth fixing early.
Do you replace shutoff valves?
Yes. Old valves that won’t close or have started leaking can be replaced.
