Do you fix running toilets and dripping faucets?
Yes. Running toilets, dripping faucets and under-sink leaks are everyday repairs, and they’re easy to add to a handyman list for the same visit.
Do I need a sump pump battery backup?
If your basement relies on a sump pump, a battery backup keeps water moving when the power goes out, which is often exactly when storms bring the most water. A standby generator can keep the main pump running too.
How long does a water heater last?
Tank water heaters commonly last around 8 to 12 years, depending on water quality and upkeep. Rusty water, leaks around the base or rumbling noises are signs it may be near the end.
Do you replace water heaters?
Yes. Jamie replaces electric tank water heaters, including hauling the old one away.
What should I do if a pipe is leaking?
Turn off the water at the nearest shutoff valve, or the main shutoff if you can’t find one, and catch the water with towels or a bucket. Then request a repair.
